Get to Know Me

Skilled, experienced, and professional. I specialize in residential real estate and thoroughly enjoy working with seasoned buyers or sellers but am always up for helping first-time home buyers navigate the real estate market their first time out. Whether you are looking to sell your current home or are looking to buy a new one, I can help you!

I am originally from Hamilton, New Jersey but have been a California resident since 1985.

I started my real estate career in 2001 working with Alain Pinel REALTORS® in Morgan Hill. In 2007 I obtained my Brokers License. I then joined the Coldwell Banker, working in both the Fremont and Los Gatos offices through 2011. In 2014 I relocated to Yuba City and joined REMAX Gold.

In January 2018 I opened River Valley Realty, an independent brokerage in Yuba City. We serve Sutter and Yuba counties as well as surrounding areas.

Customer service and communication are my top priorities; these combined with my thorough understanding of the real estate market allow me to get results that exceed my client’s expectations. I have earned a reputation for my honesty and integrity from my peers and a loyal appreciation from my current and past clients. My communication skills, patience, and adaptability allow me to represent, negotiate for, and guide my clients through the complexities of today’s real estate market.

My husband and I spent a couple of years deciding whether to buy or not. Bob was very patient, with no pressure. Being a licensed agent in another state, I expect a bit more from a REALTOR than just anyone might. Bob did a fine job.

Client Testimonials That Inspire Us Every Day

I'm a trustee in a bankruptcy case in San Antonio, Texas. The bankruptcy case owned a home very far away, in Yuba City, California. Bob Puliti helped me sell that home for the Court. I've sold real property from bankruptcy cases for many years. Bob was as professional as they come, very responsive to questions, and obtained a buyer for the house at a price that was more than I thought the house was worth...
